These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fleetko mobile application. By accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1 User Eligibility and Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fleetko.
- Accuracy: Users must provide true and accurate business details including Name, Company name, and City.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2 Description of Services
Fleetko is a digital logistics platform that enables:
- Directory Services: Profiles for Shippers, Transporters, Truck Owners, and Brokers.
- Information Exchange: A marketplace for users to post and discover transport requirements and vehicle availability for specific routes.
3 User Roles and Conduct
Users must select the appropriate role (Shipper, Truck Owner, Transporter, or Broker) and provide accurate vehicle specifications (LCV, Open Body, Containers, Trailers).
- Prohibited Use: Fraudulent activities, misrepresentation of vehicle availability, or posting of unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
4 Communication & Platform Usage
- Coordination: You acknowledge that coordination between users and the support team may occur via WhatsApp or Phone for logistics purposes.
- Service Fees: Fleetko reserves the right to introduce subscription or platform access fees for additional features in the future.
5 Limitation of Liability
- Platform Only: Fleetko acts solely as a digital bridge. We are not a party to any physical transport agreements or transactions between users.
- No Warranty: We do not guarantee the performance of any user or the condition of any vehicle listed on the platform.
- Data Accuracy: Users are solely responsible for the information they enter regarding load requirements and routes.
6 Termination
Fleetko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the logistics community.
